St\u00e9phanie is also the founder of FEMALES (African Women for Leadership in Science), which promotes gender equality in scientific fields in Africa. Her expertise encompasses forest ecology, low-carbon agroecology, climate adaptation, chemical and plastic pollution, as well as gender and scientific leadership.
