Most recently at Lilium in Germany, he worked as a Senior Flight Control Laws Engineer while also advancing systems-thinking initiatives aimed at improving how multidisciplinary engineering teams collaborate and make decisions. This work included engaging senior leadership and presenting systems-level challenges and transformation approaches to C-level executives.<\/span><br \/><span>Through MoloMolo Tech, he now focuses on developing technical leadership and engineering capability through systems thinking, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), digital workflow transformation, and practical coaching.
