As a UX designer, Shubhra Bhatt strives to understand users<\/p>

\u2019 needs and solve their unique challenges,<\/p>

no matter the product or industry\u2014from<\/p>

years, Shubhra has generated innovative, user-centred concepts while helping shape overall UX design<\/p>

practices at diverse companies. Described as a<\/p>

\u201d by a former colleague, Shubhra<\/p>

combines technical versatility, resourcefulness, and con<\/p>

\u2019 projects to<\/p>

success.<\/p>

Based in Berlin, Shubhra has worked with clients and companies around the world. Currently She is<\/p>

working as Senior Product Designer at rebuy.com, an e-commerce platform for used & refurbished<\/p>

electronic devices and media items, operating in Germany, Netherlands, France & Italy. Here she is<\/p>

creating design solutions for customer facing challenges as well as internal tools for warehouse<\/p>

employees.<\/p>

Before that, she served as Senior UX Designer at Kuelap, a global lending platform for micro, small,<\/p>

and medium-sized businesses in developing economies including Indonesia and Cameroon. As the<\/p>

implemented comprehensive design processes, frameworks, and testing to ensure a uni<\/p>

Previously, as a UX\/User Concept Designer at di<\/p>

consultancy<\/p>

\u2019<\/p>

s digital design team to conceptualise and prototype designs for corporate clients to<\/p>

support user research and testing. Shubhra developed concepts for high-pro<\/p>

including V olkswagen, V orwerk, and Consorsbank. During her tenure with the agency, Shubhra<\/p>

created a conversational user interface (chatbot) for a renowned client, quickly mastering the<\/p>

fundamentals of this emerging technology and discovering a passion for working with AI. Always<\/p>

willing to share her knowledge with others, Shubhra published a paper on chatbot strategies for V oice<\/p>

T ech Podcast.<\/p>

Shubhra holds her Master of Science in Media Architecture from Bauhaus University, W eimar. Her<\/p>

master\u2019<\/p>

s thesis was selected for presentation at Design W eek in Beijing, China as part of Bauhaus<\/p>

\u2019<\/p>

s 100th<\/span><\/p>

anniversary exhibition. Previously, she obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in New Media Design from<\/p>

the National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad, India (the country<\/p>

\u2019<\/p>

s premiere design school) as well as<\/p>

a Bachelor of Engineering in Information T echnology from Sardar Patel University in Gujarat. Aspeaker of four languages, Shubhra found success on Indian radio as a young recording artist prior to<\/p>
