Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2017 and a UNIDO<\/div><\/div>

Business Counselor, Olivia’s expertise in management, innovation, and leadership <\/span>has led to collaborations with prestigious companies such as Microsoft4Afrika (as a board member), the European Investment Bank (as a consultant), and the United<\/div><\/div>
States Department of State’s U.S. Embassy in Yaound\u00e9 (as a member of the <\/span>personnel). Building on this experience, Olivia embarked on a career as an international consultant specializing in management, innovation and project coordination. She served as country coordinator for the<\/div>
MEET AFRICA 2 project, a European Union<\/div><\/div>
and AFD initiative providing \u20ac10,000 grants to over 140 diaspora entrepreneurs to<\/span><\/div><\/div>
invest in startups in Cameroon, Senegal, C\u00f4te d’Ivoire, Tunisia, and Morocco. Within this project, she initiated the MEET-Her rendez-vous, dedicated events<\/span><\/div><\/div>
supporting nearly 400 women entrepreneurs in the 5 countries of the project. Olivia is a seasoned trainer and consultant, serving as a business mentor with Afrilanthropy, for the Cartier Women Initiative in<\/span><\/div><\/div>
Francophone Africa. She has also collaborated with the GIZ project at the Pan-African University in Cameroon, teaching design- thinking, risk management, and intrapreneurship to 40 students from 19 African countries. With over 15 years of experience, Olivia has honed her skills in strategic problem-solving, effective project management, transformative leadership, and innovative entrepreneurship across numerous African projects. As a business owner, Olivia developed the #PersuasiveWriting methodology to secure funding for impact projects. Through grant writing, she has raised approximately $2.2 million for over 40 initiatives in Cameroon and other Francophone African countries. A <\/span>notable achievement includes co-authoring a project proposal that secured \u20ac150,000 from the European Union to support<\/div><\/div>
Cameroon’s tech startup ecosystem. Academically, Olivia is a part-time Project Management instructor, teaching both predictive and agile methodologies to managers<\/span><\/div><\/div>
and aspiring managers. Graduates of her Solutionneurs Academy hail from countries including Congo, Burkina Faso, Central<\/span><\/div><\/div>
African Republic, Austria, France, the UK, and the USA, working across various sectors. Since 2019, Olivia has led a faith-based ministry with over 100 women across 15 countries. Additionally, she serves as Vice President<\/span><\/div><\/div>
of a 37-year-old couples’ club focused on savings, support, and investment. An alumna of Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and the American School of Yaound\u00e9 (ASOY), Olivia is also a LESAN (Bamenda) and a<\/span><\/div><\/div>
