Sarah Nju Dinga-nyoh (Esq) is the Founder and Senior Partner of DINGA-NYOH & CO LAW OFFICE/IP ADVISORY based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. Sarah graduated from Harvard Law School, USA, with a Master’s in Law (LLM) after earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Yaoundé, Cameroon.
Sarah was sworn into the Cameroon Bar Association in 1999 and later admitted to the List of Counsels of the International Criminal Court at The Hague. In 2013, Sarah joined the pool of skilled advisers in intellectual property rights practice (Conseil en Propriété Intellectuelle) at the Organisation Africaine de Propriété Intellectuelle (OAPI) region, French-speaking Central and West African countries. By extension, she was successfully admitted as an Agent (Mandataire) of OAPI to secure and protect intellectual property rights.
Sarah has channelled her advanced legal knowledge and brings over two and a half decades of extensive work experience into conduits for representing both private and public sector clients, local and internationally, on a variety of practice areas, including business and corporate law, intellectual property, human rights, etc.
Sarah demonstrates professionalism in all her dealings with clients and provides focused, proactive legal advice to government departments, financial institutions, NGOs, companies, individuals, etc.
To ensure success, she has remained determined, professional, and well-informed with a keen interest in upholding the law while protecting clients’ rights.
