For the past 15 years, Olivia Mukam épse WANDJI has demonstrated a sustained passion for addressing social and economic challenges in Africa through concrete actions as she “Gets the Job Done!” Her commitment to delivering results has earned her the nickname “Solutionneur” among her peers. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2017 and a UNIDO
Business Counselor, Olivia’s expertise in management, innovation, and leadership has led to collaborations with prestigious companies such as Microsoft4Afrika (as a board member), the European Investment Bank (as a consultant), and the United
States Department of State’s U.S. Embassy in Yaoundé (as a member of the personnel). Building on this experience, Olivia embarked on a career as an international consultant specializing in management, innovation and project coordination. She served as country coordinator for the
MEET AFRICA 2 project, a European Union
and AFD initiative providing €10,000 grants to over 140 diaspora entrepreneurs to
invest in startups in Cameroon, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Tunisia, and Morocco. Within this project, she initiated the MEET-Her rendez-vous, dedicated events
supporting nearly 400 women entrepreneurs in the 5 countries of the project. Olivia is a seasoned trainer and consultant, serving as a business mentor with Afrilanthropy, for the Cartier Women Initiative in
Francophone Africa. She has also collaborated with the GIZ project at the Pan-African University in Cameroon, teaching design- thinking, risk management, and intrapreneurship to 40 students from 19 African countries. With over 15 years of experience, Olivia has honed her skills in strategic problem-solving, effective project management, transformative leadership, and innovative entrepreneurship across numerous African projects. As a business owner, Olivia developed the #PersuasiveWriting methodology to secure funding for impact projects. Through grant writing, she has raised approximately $2.2 million for over 40 initiatives in Cameroon and other Francophone African countries. A notable achievement includes co-authoring a project proposal that secured €150,000 from the European Union to support
Cameroon’s tech startup ecosystem. Academically, Olivia is a part-time Project Management instructor, teaching both predictive and agile methodologies to managers
and aspiring managers. Graduates of her Solutionneurs Academy hail from countries including Congo, Burkina Faso, Central
African Republic, Austria, France, the UK, and the USA, working across various sectors. Since 2019, Olivia has led a faith-based ministry with over 100 women across 15 countries. Additionally, she serves as Vice President
of a 37-year-old couples’ club focused on savings, support, and investment. An alumna of Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and the American School of Yaoundé (ASOY), Olivia is also a LESAN (Bamenda) and a
SHESAN (Douala). She is married to Charlie and they are blessed parents of four children.
