Geneviève Ndjiki Wéladji is a specialist in natural resource governance, sustainable forest management, and biodiversity, with over 12 years of experience coordinating environmental and community development projects in Cameroon. She has been the Coordinator of Actions for Sustainable Development (ASD) since 2016 and CEO of NG Eco Prod Company since 2025.

Holding a Master’s degree in Environment, specializing in Water & Sanitation, a Master’s degree in Forestry Sciences, specializing in Auditing & Certification, and a Bachelor’s degree in Plant Biology, she has developed expertise at the intersection of environment, natural resources, local development, and the green economy.

Through ASD, she supports local communities, women, and youth in implementing economic alternatives that help reduce pressure on natural resources. Her experience includes sustainable agriculture, the valorization of organic waste and composting, and the processing of non-timber forest products (NTFPs) into spices.

Through NG Eco Prod Company, she is also developing an entrepreneurial approach to the circular economy, notably through the transformation of organic waste into compost and its commercialization.

Her commitment thus focuses on the links between ecological transition, the green economy, the empowerment of women and young people, territorial resilience, and biodiversity conservation.
