Matilda Ipeh Anashie is a product design leader, entrepreneur and community builder with six years of experience designing and leading digital products across fintech, Web3, creator platforms and enterprise software for companies across Africa, Europe and Asia.

She is an open-source design contributor to the ODK-X community and currently at MUST Company, where she is developing AI-assisted product workflows that help design teams move from early requirements to clearer product decisions, validated experiences and functional prototypes before engineering begins.

Beyond her professional work, Matilda mentors emerging designers and co-founded Canann Impact Foundation, which has reached more than 1,800 young people through digital-skills programmes, learning resources, laptops and school technology clubs.

Across her work, she is driven by a larger question: how Africans can move beyond consuming technology to shaping the products, systems and ideas influencing the future.
