Mr. NYAKO WADJORE OLIVIER is a senior official in the Cameroonian public administration, possessing a dual expertise as a Telecommunications Design Engineer and Economist. Over nearly twenty-five years of professional practice across private industry, engineering consulting, and public administration, he has established himself as a key strategist in information and communication technologies (ICT), digital transformation, and technological innovation support.

He currently serves as Deputy Director of ICT Promotion and Popularization at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MINPOSTEL). In this role, he leads and contributes to public policies designed to accelerate digital adoption across Cameroon, support the national tech startup and entrepreneurship ecosystem, and foster technological innovation.
