Nearly twenty years ago, in 2007, I graduated as a Computer Engineer with eyes full of big dreams, determined to build tech solutions for Africa’s most pressing challenges. But reality hit hard: despite working tirelessly across multiple tech companies, I was met with overwhelming workloads and stagnant pay. By 2016, I made a pivotal leap: going full-time into global freelancing by combining my technical background with linguistic and localization engineering.

That decision transformed my life. For the past decade, I have consistently earned between $60,000 and $100,000 annually from Africa, collaborating with global industry leaders including Apple, Google, and Tesla.

Driven by a passion to democratize these global opportunities for the next generation, I launched Nota Coachings. What began as a personal mission erupted into a movement: growing from zero to over 175,000 TikTok followers, hosting 3 weekly live streams that draw thousands of viewers, and building a thriving Telegram community where we share free training and global job opportunities.

Through structured monthly intensives, webinars, and keynotes at major events, Nota Coachings has already empowered over 2,500 Africans across 21 countries (throughout Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas) to successfully launch and scale high-income freelancing careers.

My goal at CITS 2026 is to equip the continent’s youth with the exact blueprint to break infrastructure barriers, command global rates, and monetize their talents worldwide.
