Yoane Ngassam is Lead Technical Engineer at Inperfect, heading the Automation and AI department. His team designs, deploys, and maintains the systems that Inperfect deploys for its clients, ranging from customer relationship management and AI assistants to software integrations, hosting, and data security. These projects span sectors as diverse as healthcare, microfinance, retail, education, and services.

With each deployment, the same observation keeps recurring: a technically sound system can remain unused if the company isn’t ready to adopt it. A significant part of the work, therefore, involves understanding how the company actually operates, training the teams, and supporting them until the new practices are established. It is this technical and practical perspective that Yoane brings to the CITS26 masterclass.
