Dr. BEKOLO EBOLO Emmanuel is a Project Manager at the KOICA Cameroon Office, where he leads Korean-funded e-government and digital public service initiatives in partnership with Cameroonian institutions. His portfolio includes the
recently completed pilot project for digitalisation of civil registration in Cameroon, co- implemented with GIZ-Pamec 2; ongoing digital capacity building initiative for public servants in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform (MINFOPRA; and the e-procurement project (COLEPS), implemented with the Ministry of Public Procurement (MINMAP).

He holds a PhD in Public Administration from Hacettepe University in Ankara, Türkiye, and a Master of Development Policy from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management, Seoul, Republic of Korea.
