Francess Ekezie is the founder of Enchanted Digital Academy (EDA), a digital education and workforce-development organisation focused on helping emerging technology professionals move from learning to practical experience and real-world opportunities.

Through EDA, she develops programmes that combine digital skills development, practical projects, internships, product development and exposure to technology ecosystems. Her work includes initiatives that support students and emerging developers in gaining experience beyond traditional classroom learning.

Francess’s own technology journey spans software development, digital education and product development, and has increasingly included exploring cloud technologies and applying them to real-world products within the EDA ecosystem.

She is passionate about building stronger pathways for African learners to become not just technology users, but builders, problem-solvers and contributors to the continent’s digital economy.
