As the Founder and Principal Consultant at NeuroLead Africa, she leverages neuroscience-backed frameworks to deliver corporate emotional intelligence, executive coaching, and team performance solutions aimed at building healthier workplace cultures.

Parallel to her corporate consulting, Regina is the Founder and Director of Mamun International, a non-profit organization focused on youth empowerment, positive masculinity, and emotional literacy.
