Asanga Regina is an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and Associate Brain Coach, certified by Six Seconds, the world’s leading global emotional intelligence organization. As the Founder and Principal Consultant at NeuroLead Africa, she leverages neuroscience-backed frameworks to deliver corporate emotional intelligence, executive coaching, and team performance solutions aimed at building healthier workplace cultures.
Parallel to her corporate consulting, Regina is the Founder and Director of Mamun International, a non-profit organization focused on youth empowerment, positive masculinity, and emotional literacy. Through Mamun International, she designs and facilitates targeted bootcamps and mentorship initiatives that equip young people with the self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal responsibility needed to navigate adulthood and the modern workforce.
Regina is also the author of Before He Becomes a Man and the upcoming book Letters to My Son.
